TrackNest is the package notification program operated by Your Expert Tech.

TrackNest Package Text Alerts provides recurring automated text notifications about packages received and picked up at participating properties. This program is for package service updates, not marketing.

Joining the program

To opt in, read the signup instructions on your participating building’s sign and text START to (646) 585-6973 from your own mobile phone. By sending START, you agree to receive recurring automated package arrival and pickup notifications from TrackNest at that number and to these SMS Terms. Your building must associate your enrolled number with the correct resident/package record before personalized alerts can be delivered. Contact your building’s front desk for assistance.

Participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of package services. Providing a phone number to your building alone does not enroll you in text alerts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your package activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After cancellation, you may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further package alerts will be sent unless you opt in again. Text START to rejoin.

Reply HELP for help, email support@yourexperttech.net, or use our contact page. Contact your building’s front desk for questions about a particular package.

Delivery and your number

Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Let your building know if your number changes or is reassigned. Do not enroll another person’s phone number. Package records and pickup procedures remain available through your property even if you do not receive a text.

See our Privacy Policy for how package messaging information is handled. The current terms are published on this page with their effective date. A materially different messaging purpose requires appropriate new consent.
