TrackNest is the package notification program operated by Your Expert Tech.

This policy covers information supplied through the TrackNest website and the TrackNest Package Text Alerts program. Your property may maintain separate resident and package records under its own privacy notices.

Information used

Website contact and demo forms collect the name, company or property, email address, phone number, and message you provide. For package text alerts, information includes your mobile number, opt-in and opt-out requests, consent records, message content and delivery status, and the resident/package information needed to send arrival and pickup notifications.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to requests, provide and support package notifications, connect an enrolled number with the correct property record, honor messaging preferences, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain consent and service records. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive identification documents by text or through a website inquiry.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies to any other sharing described in this policy. Messaging providers such as Twilio and mobile carriers process the information necessary to deliver the requested service; they are not given consent for their own marketing. Your property’s authorized staff may use relevant records to operate package services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Cookies and website measurement

The website offers cookie controls for optional measurement technologies. See the Cookie Policy and the site’s cookie preferences for details and choices. Website form submission does not itself enroll you in SMS alerts.

Your choices

SMS enrollment is optional. Text START to (646) 585-6973 after reviewing the building signup instructions and SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Contact your building to correct resident/package details. Contact support@yourexperttech.net to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information held by TrackNest.

Retention and protection

Information is retained as needed to operate the service, document consent, honor opt-outs, resolve support requests, and meet applicable obligations. Some consent and suppression records may need to remain after an opt-out or deletion request to prevent unwanted messages. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
